Who we are

Atlas Pops (“we”, “us”) operates atlaspops.com. This policy explains what we collect when you visit the site or contact us, and what we do with it.

What we collect

Inquiries. When you use the contact form, we receive what you send: your name, email address, company, and message. We use it to reply and to run the engagement you're asking about. Form submissions are processed by Formspree, Inc. on our behalf; their handling is governed by the Formspree privacy policy.

Usage data. We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used — pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type, and how you arrived. GA4 sets cookies and collects usage data as described in Google's privacy policy.

Cookies & your choices

Analytics cookies are the only non-essential cookies we use — for Google Analytics 4. We run GA4 in Consent Mode: ad-related storage is always turned off (we don't run ads or ad personalization), and analytics behaves according to your choice.

If you're visiting from the EU, EEA, UK, or Switzerland, we ask before setting analytics cookies. Until you accept, GA4 runs in a cookieless mode. A banner lets you Accept or Decline, and your choice is remembered on your device — clear your site data to be asked again.

If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, we treat it as a decline and keep analytics cookieless, wherever you are.

Everywhere else, analytics runs by default, and you can opt out any time with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on or your browser's cookie controls. We never sell or share your personal information, and we don't use it for cross-site advertising.

How we use it

To respond to you, to scope and deliver work you request, and to understand what on the site is worth keeping. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with third parties for their marketing.

Service providers

The site is hosted on Vercel. Analytics are provided by Google (GA4). The contact form is processed by Formspree. Each processes data only as needed to provide their service.

Retention

We keep inquiry emails as long as needed to handle the conversation and any engagement that follows. Analytics data is retained per our GA4 settings (14 months by default).

Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to hello@atlaspops.com and we'll handle it.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date above changes with it. Material changes get a note on this page.
